I've only been using the We Charge card for a short time. I charge publicly once a day, but strangely, none of my last three charges (since December 1st) have registered in the app. I'm not sure what the solution could be and would appreciate any ideas.

I should be so lucky! Charging for no cost that would be nice.
I've used the WeCharge card since March but before I got the ID4 I had a BP Pulse subscripiton RFID card. It took me a while to figure that when using the WeCharge card to start the charging process instead of the BP Pulse card the record appears only in the WeCharge app and no longer in the BP Pulse app. Same goes for ionity.
Alternatively depending on where you are in the UK perhaps you are using the WeCharge card to activate one of the few remaining free chargers? Its a well kept secret that a council run charger near me will activate with any RFID card but has no comms therefore wont actually create a charge against the RFID card's account.
These are the only circumstances I can think of that would result in no cost resulting from a charging session. I'm sure there are others.
