Used to own Range Rover Evoque and used to scratch even when cleaning. The VW has been no issue.

I have the similar problem where one of my keys seems to operate keyless entry better than the other. They both will unlock and lock with the button on the key fob so not as an issue as you.Will keep you posted if anything changes.

Had an update today minor bug fixes and upgrades. I have been on 3.5 for a year now can’t see any changes at the moment. Still says it’s on 3.5.
