Good evening, has anyone on the Forum ever had an issue with the Bluetooth continually disconnecting and the Infontainment Systems just goes off completely. This has started happening in my car in the last couple of days. If you are on the Navigation screen or on the phone, it just goes off without any warning. When I look at the Bluetooth settings on my phone, it says it's not connected to my car. When I reconnect it, it comes back on, but only lasts 5 or 10 minutes and then goes off again???

What ID s/w version are you on? And are we talking Android?

I had the exact same issue a few weeks ago. Reading around, I think there may have been some breaking change in a recent Android update which wasn't compatible with older ID (I was on 3.0).

Since my car was due in for an update shortly after, I decided to live with it temporarily. My car is now on 3.7 and the issue hasn't recurred......

Hey, I had a similar issue with my car's infotainment system. It turned out to be a problem with the software needing an update. Try checking if there's a firmware update available for your system.
