Newbie alert…
Been having an issue with scheduled/smart charging on my 2023 id4 Life 52kWh Pure Performance.
For some reason, since a few days I’m unable to use scheduled charging- the dreaded error appears: “unable to fully charge the vehicle …” accompanied by a red light at the charging port.
Bizarrely, overriding the smart schedule and boosting via the charger boost button works.
My setup- using Ovo with Charge Anytime and an Indra SmartPro charger (which has been a disaster from the start anyway…)
I’ve tried resetting the charger, restarting the smart meter, logging in and out of the indra app, removing the smart charging schedule from car menu.
May be also interesting that I’ve changed my Ovo tariff recently, not sure if it’s a coincidence.
The cable seems to work ok, no kinks, no visible damage to charging pins etc, it also sits nicely in the ports on both ends.
Any ideas what could be wrong here?
