if it’s just the coolant pump I would have thought it would only a days work? But who knows.

I have no confidence the parts will arrive on the 18th

It’s taken 5 weeks for the pump issue to be fixed on mine. Spoke to the dealership last Monday evening - who had no idea when the part would arrive etc. then fixed by Friday morning ………… should be delivered tomorrow morning, after 14months and 7 delivery dates, I’ll believe it when I see it (& buy a lottery ticket!!!)

Todays latest is the part is fitted but they are having some technical issues bleeding the part and they need to consult with VW technical team…..

Ours will be 5 weeks delayed this Friday. Latest is that there is now a slow down in delivery of the replacement part for the coolant pump......

Yes same here still waiting since 29th June, no news from the dealer and therefore no idea.

Off on holiday tomorrow for 2.5 weeks so have told them if it ready it will have to wait until 1st September. Although I have no confidence it will be ready by then!

Got a call yesterday it’s ready, on holiday now for 2.5 weeks so have delayed delivery until 1 September with a 73 plate.

I got a call from my mate who works for VW he told me my id 4 has been started to be built, as I was told may it should be ready so its on time give or take the first 2 weeks in June I’m guessing . Hope that helps anyone who was interested. (2024 Plate) Cheers

I ordered my ID4 at the end of February, and was given an estimated delivery date of June 17th. Yesterday I had an email to say that delivery was now estimated for July 1st and then today another email with a revised delivery of July 15th, so it's slipped back 4 weeks in just two days!! The reason given is "delayed at docks" - is anyone else experiencing similar delays? (I've checked and the car is at status 38 - released to shipping).

Mines been stuck at status 38 for 3 weeks too he said I should of been collecting this week, looks very unlikely now! Doesn't look like it's coming on any of the ships I've been tracking from Emden to Grimsby!

I got an update today saying that the car is at the dealer and will be delivered by the leasing company next week!! So on Tuesday 11th June, I was told it was delayed at Emden and due on 15th July and then by Monday 17th June it's in the UK ready for delivery. Not sure if it's an issue with the reliability of the information coming from VW or the dealer / leasing company. I don't know how long it was at status 38, but I hope yours arrives soon.
