I have a Volkswagen ID.4 (China version) and I never upgrade it because I can't connect it to internet it's required to download China app to register and also required a China number to register I’ve seen people mention upgrading the system using a USB. However, when I tried to download the upgrade file from the official Volkswagen website, it didn't work after entering my car’s ID number.
Can anyone help me with:
1. Where to download the correct upgrade file for the China version of the ID.4?
2. Any instructions on how to perform the USB upgrade step by step?
