Tilting mirrors when reversing?

Hi all new to the forum, got a lot of useful information so far.
Pick up my car tomorrow, I was on the waiting list for a new car but my dealer has offered me the ex demo car at a really good price.. it’s the id4 family edition.
Anyway my question is, does the car have tilting mirrors when reversing?
My last car had it and I found it invaluable in stopping me kerbing wheels.

It does however I struggle to get it working. Ends up flipping the mirror up instead of down

I believe you will need to have memory seats for it work.

Yup warrior is correct you need to have memory seats (or at least the memory module that they use) in the car for the auto dipping on reverse feature , I was disappointed to find it was 'missing' on my car too. It's a first world problem, but when you had it before you do miss it when it's not there on your next car

That's pretty disappointing, I have it on my 2019 Audi A4 and was just kind of expecting it on the ID.4

We concur, despite the manual talking about using the key set memory, if you haven’t got memory seats you won’t have memory mirrors.

Frustrating, but not life threatening we find.

Folding mirrors - but not auto dipping, right?
Is it the family? How tinted are the rear windows?
Looks nice anyway, enjoy and I'm a bit jealous (hopefully only another 8-10 weeks for me!)
