I’m a bit confused by booking cars into dealers for software updates. My ID4 showing 3.2 but it just happened automatically (over the air) without going into the dealer. Can anyone clarify please? Is 3.2 the latest. Many thanks!

How long have you had the car? Maybe it was done already if you bought it recently.
OTA updates have been abandoned by VW for the time being.
Thanks for replying Andy. I’ve had the car since October last year and been really happy with everything. I have definitely done some successful OTA updates as I’ve seen the version numbers change but can’t remember exactly when. But I’ll go and check with my dealer. Appreciate the various comments you make on the forum!
